Annual General Meeting 2025-2026
AGM & Race (U12-U19) Orientation - November 23, 4:30 - to 6:30
We will have our AGM & Race Team Orientation on Sunday Nov 23rd at Ground Effects Environmental Services 2251 Industrial Drive, just north of the city from 4:30 to approximately 6:30. Pizza will be supplied by the club for parents and athletes that attend. Please fill out your availability on Teamsnap so we have attendance numbers.
The AGM will present results of last years financials and a budget for the 2025-2026 year as well as elections for any open RART board positions. We have an open position to fill on the board for RART secretary. Please consider stepping up to fill this position. If there are any questions please email reginaalpinerace@gmail.com
Race Team Orientation (U12-U19) will consist of a presentation from the coaches outlining athlete expectations. The coaches will go through the RART Handbook and discuss the RART Code of Conduct.
